TRAINING 7:
Read the first 2 slides and get familiar with the 3 synonymous idioms/phrases to train. We are going to express the same or similar thoughts using different expressions. You may give yourself 1 day to memorise them. Slide 3 and 4 are examples of the same idiom but with different verbs and a bit difference in meaning
SLIDE 3 – Study the first idiom/phrase, read the examples out loud, practice the pronunciation and try to give your own sentences using the synonymous idiom. Give yourself 1 day to practice.
SLIDE 4 – Study another option of the first idiom/phrase, read the examples out loud, practice the pronunciation and try to give your own sentences using the synonymous idiom. Give yourself 1 day to practice.
SLIDE 5 – Study the second idiom/phrase, read the examples out loud, practice the pronunciation and try to give your own sentences using the synonymous idiom. Give yourself 1 day to practice.
